The legal basis for processing your data is:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract;
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – freely given consent, where granted;
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests pursued by the Company.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
performing the contract;
direct marketing, including profiling to tailor products and services to your needs (where appropriate consent has been given);
offering products of entities related to the Company by capital or contract (where appropriate consent has been given);
pursuing the Company’s legitimate interests, in particular securing information in case facts need to be demonstrated and handling your complaints and claims.
Your personal data will be processed depending on the legal basis and purpose of processing:
until consent is withdrawn (where processing is based on consent);
until an objection is raised to processing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest;
until claims arising from the contract between you and the Company become time-barred;
until the Company’s legitimate interest is fulfilled;
until the obligation to retain data under the law expires, in particular for accounting documents.
Your personal data may be accessed by the Company’s subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, legal, audit, IT and marketing firms.
You have the right to:
access your data and request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability in the cases provided for by law;
withdraw consent for data processed on that basis. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it to the extent necessary to perform the contract may prevent its conclusion or proper performance.
The Company does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA (to third countries).
